Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and GangChil Island. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

We provide travel and tourism services including tour packages, accommodations (tree houses, camping), meals, activities, transportation, and related services. All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

Booking and Payment

1. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment or the required booking money, as specified at the time of reservation.
   
   
2. You agree to pay all applicable charges related to your selected package, including taxes, service fees, and additional costs if any.
   
   

Pricing and Changes

1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
   
   
2. Once confirmed, prices will not be changed unless additional services or modifications are requested by the customer.
   
   

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time are eligible for a refund, subject to applicable processing or service charges if any.
   
   
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or failure to arrive no-show, will result in no refund of booking money or paid amount.
   
   
3. All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing through our official contact channels.
   
   
4. In the event GangChil Island cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will be offered:
   
   
   • An alternative date, or
   • A refund or credit voucher, as per our Refund Policy.
     
     

Use of Services

1. Customers must provide accurate and complete personal and contact information during booking.
   
   
2. Customers agree to comply with all safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by GangChil Island staff or authorized service providers.
   
   

Liability

1. GangChil Island shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation delays, or third-party service failures.
   
   
2. Participation in activities is at the customer’s own risk. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, health, and safety during the trip.
   
   

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of GangChil Island or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms

GangChil Island reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
