GangChil Island Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for bookings made with GangChil Island. By making a booking, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy applies to all reservations for accommodation, tours, and packages booked directly through our website, phone, email, or any authorised sales channel.
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Standard Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival or start date to be eligible for a refund.
If a cancellation is requested after this time frame, no refund will be provided. - No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive (no-show) or failure to notify us within the cancellation window automatically disqualifies eligibility for a refund.
Refund Process
- Request Method: All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to the contact address provided in your booking confirmation.
- Processing Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt of a valid cancellation request.-
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Any processing fees charged by payment processors may be deducted.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Service Charges: Booking service charges, administrative fees, and any promotional discounts applied at the time of booking are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Fees: If any part of your booking was arranged through a third-party supplier, any non-refundable amounts levied by the supplier will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Special Circumstances
In rare cases such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions, refund eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, cancellation requests must still be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
